My complaint:

I was denied my money back when I told them that I had been sick with covid-19 and someone in my home stole my card and pin I keep in bilble. The transactions were from jan 3 to jan 8th. I’m barley making it to pay my bill and I dont have any money to just give away that I had absolutely no idea of these allegations.

Suggested solution:

They should give me the provisional credits for the claim I have filed. I'm a struggling man and u all need time to review this so u will see everything I'm saying are facts. Have a blessed day
