Direct Express complaint: Unauthorized Charges

My complaint:

I noticed I had 10 on authorized charges that were charged to my account from third-party billing companies. I reported the fraud to direct express. They sent me paperwork which I filled out and faxed in to them within the timeframe given to me. Ultimately they denied my request. I had to call every company that charged me and beg for my money back. Direct express did nothing to get my money back they didn’t even care. I went a week and a half trying to get a hold of them by phone, one day I called them 26 times and each time was told they were too busy and to call back later. Awful customer service.

Suggested solution:

I believe they should’ve done a little bit more investigation into my complaint of fraud and my authorize charges. If they did any investigation at all they would’ve noticed that the debit charges on the account were completely different from the fraudulent charges. I lost all my money.
