My complaint:

I am disabled and I’m having to go without my checks!!! Its been 3 months! Just because I couldn’t remember the last address you guys had for me you put a hold on my check and it’s been 3 months that I’ve been dealing with you all! Social security says they can’t help me because you all put the hold on it. I can’t go get an ID! You all want me to send you an ID copy but I can’t go because of the Corona! Besides no one can take me! I have tried to prove my identity the way you told me to and that is by calling social security office an tell them about a Mou form and they act like I’m crazy! I’ve tried and tried and they don’t help me! I need my checks my money now!! The address i couldn’t remember is 517 grant lane. Lavon tx 75166! My name is Kristopher Glen Fuentes !! When I do get my money I’m going to another bank! This is ridiculous!!! Some one needs to help me! I obviously can’t work and my only income is my disability that you all are holding!! I need a call back 214-944-9093!
