My complaint:
I was on disability so I started collecting my social security at 63 because that was more money. I was under the impression that US DIRECT EXPRESS was set up or a service used by the government. This monty 4:50 dollars was taken from my account and my card was locked. I was left with a little more than 100 for the rest of the month. You cannot talk to anyone just automation that doesn’t address misused or stolen funds. How am I going to get this resolved? This may not sound like much to some but it’s a lot to me . Do not be drawn into using this company.
Suggested solution:
I have stopped my social security from direct deposit in Direct Express. They should at least pay back what was taken.
