Direct Express complaint: No customer service…no one answers number on back of card

My complaint:

My card wouldn’t work at the store so I called the number on the back of my card…was on hold for more than an hour and STILL no one answers… three days later and more calls and on hold almost an hour every time and still no one answers. I called the social security office and was given 2 more phone numbers to call and the same results… more holding with no one answering. I still have no idea why my card stopped working and to this day (08-09-2021) I’m still trying to get SOMEONE to help me… I need my money… that monthly disability check is all I have to live on !

Suggested solution:

The phone number is supposed to be for customer service... maybe try ANSWERING THE PHONE ! Just a thought...
