My complaint:

I called to dispute a $39.99 transaction that I didn’t make. I spoke with a representative that then transferred me to a level two representative only to wait nearly an hour with no one ever picking up the phone.

Suggested solution:

I’d like someone to dispute the transaction for me but I’d rather not be put on hold for almost an hour again.
