My complaint:

Good morning my name Christopher Cobb. Ph 917-291-3115. I have been trying to speak to an agent since 1122020 regarding a charge that I don’t recall. I do not trust the internet to put my information online to seek further information. I have been on hold for 15 to 25minutes a few times waiting to speak to an agent. Can someone please help me?.
