My complaint:

Direct Express will not return my provisional monies November 2019 there was an unauthorized transaction on my SSI taking all of my benefits for that month I filed a complaint with direct Express went over it with him did everything I was supposed to and I have never heard back from them and I filed the complaint the day that it was taken out of my account. I’ve heard nothing of the investigation or my benefits for November 2019 also my December 2019 payments are still frozen on my direct Express card and I cannot get to them as direct Express customer service has one phone number and they never answer I live off of these benefits that’s only income I have is $523 a month I have lost my place to live can barely feed myself and my husband can put gas in the car can’t get the doctor’s appointments can’t buy medication in the list goes on I need help I stood many thousands of other people I just want my benefits returned and compensation for all the late fees I had to pay when my bills go to months behind. I saved but I could lost a lot because I could not pay because my money was taken little hundred dollars to be exact

Suggested solution:

Return my monthly benefits for November 2019 December 2019 of $523 per month and also compensate for the late fees at caused by having this happen in the delay of their resolve which is none cost me about another $1,000
