My complaint:

My SSI check was deposited on to my debit card I had used it one day and lost in the same day. So I called direct express for a replacement card. After speaking with several of your representatives I was still at the beginning of my problem that I started with. So now I’m asking again how and when will I receive my money. One of your representatives said she was going to send me another card but 1st I need to send a copy of my ID. I did that And I did it several other times and still no card. See said once I do that I will receive my car in 3 days And it will be a charge of 17 or $18 for that new card. Well it’s been when months and 3 weeks and I have bills to pay rent is due and I need to buy food for my home and still no card. So I’ve been calling Back to you guys and still get the same response, That I need to send a copy of my ID they haven’t received it. I email them a copy of my ID those several times. I have complied with everything you guys ask me to do and I still haven’t received my funds. I did have faith and trust in this company to handle my money but now I am not sure about that. So now I’m filing a complaint with the OCC for Deceptive Practice on your bank, and as well as the SSI Administration if we can’t come up with a solution to fix this very easy situation………. (AND I AM POSTING THIS ON COMPLAIN.BIZ AS WELL)

REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT NOW AND SEND ME A NEW DEBIT CARD SO I CAN RECEIVE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
