My complaint:
Have had the card a couple years with no problem and now I can’t get my money off my card and over the last several days, I’ve been on hold for at least 2-3 hours each day with no human contact. A woman did answer today at 45 minutes and advised that an was on the card and a manager would have to take care of it. So 3 more hours on hold and no answer yet. Piss poor service. The worst I’ve ever seen.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem. I did nothing, and I can’t get my money or use my card.
