My complaint:
I have been a customer of Direct Express for Approx 4 yrs. I receive my social security benefits monthly on this card. To be fair, all have been timely and I have had no previous issues. That is until the stimulus payments scheduled to arrive…have not arrived!!! There is a pre-recorded msg saying they know nothing about this issue!!! A little help, transparency and background knowledge would certainly be appreciated.
Suggested solution:
Advise customers with current updates.
