Direct Express complaint: Allowing unauthorized people make decisions on my account

My complaint:

My card has been canceled a few different times while a new one has been sent out to a false address given by my soon to be ex wife. Everything I call direct express they can’t help me and want SEVERAL forms of proof of my identity yet she has NONE and they continue to allow her to access and change all my information. Now I am on stuck without my funds available to me. This is not the first or second time and I have had it. I am seeking advice from attorney.

Suggested solution:

File charges on her for filing false reports of a lost or stolen card that for one does not belong to her nor was it ever lost.
