My complaint:

Money was taken out of my account that I did not authorize they asked me questions via phone. After receiving a denial letter I asked to appeal decision and I want a breakdown on the investigation they did, I know for a fact they did not do an investigation they typed my answers yo their questions, compiled info on the point of ATM and stapled it together. They also took $27.45 for fees what fees? Show me ! They can’t
