My complaint:
I need to transfer my SSI from Direct Express card to my checking account. SSI says they can’t do it, my bank says they can’t either. They both say Direct Express are the only ones that can do it. Direct Express gives you a number to call to transfer your money but it’s fake, they won’t do it either. My SSI funds are being held hostage.
Suggested solution:
DEx please let my funds go into my bank account, so I can sleep at night, and I can can have some peace of mind. It's not your money, it's mine, and I have every right to it and where I want it to go.
