I can’t use my debit card and I have been trying to get direct express for since yesterday but us always busy .I hope you can help . They say to call if you have a problem. But it always busy. Yours truly, Maureen Reinold

By answering the phone.Instead of being busy 247. It says there open 247.so what is the problem.
