Direct Express complaint: Never received my new card, they just keep telling me to wait a few more days !

My complaint:

I ordered a new card because mine was scammed. They shut my old card off and I never received the new card. I have absolutely no way of paying my bills now ! All Direct Express keeps telling me is to wait a few more days ! They tell you it takes 7-10 days to receive the new card. That’s a lie because I’m still waiting and all they say is they can send you a new one or you can expedite the new one by paying $13 ……. this looks like fraud to me. They say they sent the one you ordered, then don’t send it out. I think they’re scamming people out of the $13 to make money 🤑👍.

Suggested solution:

Get my new card to me now !!! I have bills to pay !!
