My complaint:

I purchased items on wish .com , for my daughters birthday wich had over a month to be delivered, I still havent received the items and their is no way to get ahold of customer representative at all!! So I called direct express to cancel my payments , which totaled $128.68 . D.E. stated it was no problem to cancel n refund my payment back onto my card n should take up to 5 days. When I hung up with them i called my card back and they had cancelled it , I called back and they said sorry we will send a new card to u .i recieved it and couldnt activate it due to a fraud issue wich they put me through a rollercoaster of phone calls , emails and faxes to prove to them i was the card holder!! Then it was we sent you paperwork to plz fill it out n fax it to us and within 3 to 5 hour’s u will have your refund on your card . wich was another run around of me back and forth on the phone literally hrs at a time waitn for a customer representative to pick up and switch me to all different departments! Its been weeks now and everyday I call a couple times n they tell me the same thing over and over that it is on the card now. They are a joke it still has posted n their are no pending post as well , I jus dont understand they guenteed it plenty of times it would be on the card we have 10 days its our policy! Plenty of lies promises and guentees for the past month ! Iam so frustrated on how much time and work I have done to just get what is mine!!!
