Direct Express complaint: Incompetent rep cancelled my card leaving me with zero money

My complaint:

I was scammed by Dreammhome web site. I called direct Express to get my $90.50 returned to me.
On july 24Talked to rep Kalie young lady., bad attitude, Without informing me of the process this girl cancelled my government disability Mastercard leaving me NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY. I cried, I said I need money. This incompetent girl said oh you’ll get it on new card issued in 10days. She could care less hung up on me.
I was crying. I had no money no gas, no dog food, Caused me irreparable serious financial HARDSHIP .
I’m 61 disabled woman struggling have ptsd, anxiety depression, mobility problems. Just had a mini stroke june 24 I was on the phone for 4 hours on june 24 2020. A supr cameron had bad attitude said well that’s how it is hung up on me.
What’s with your representative rude hanging up on seniors?
I called back got another rep connected me to supr Who was nice said she would send new debit n 3 days to my pobox .
MY POST OFFICE ALLOWS UPS DELIVERIES. I GOT THEM BEFORE.
TODAY JULY 29 SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR RONEKA SAID MY DEBIT WAS JUST MAILED REGULAR MAIL YESTERDAY JULY 28, delivery 7.to 10 days. The call got hung up while I was on hold. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK
I JUST CRIED. I NEED MY MONEY NOW

Suggested solution:

ISSUE A NEW CARD TODAY JULY 29, IMMEDIATELY OVER NIGHT IT TO ME. I NEED MY MONEY
