My complaint:
Can not access my account on phone to report my card was stolen I can’t seem to get anywhere it due to my pin being changed not having card number. I was wanting a new card sent to me at different address. I can’t talk to someone because putting in SS you do need the pin as well I was told this pin is not associated with this account. So I can not get my my pin because it locked my card what am I supposed to do to get that card deactivated a new card sent to me.
Suggested solution:
I need card deactivated a new card sent to my new address without my benefits don't go to the stolen card.
