My complaint:

On oct 4th I paid 17.50 for my new card to be sent to me in 2 days . It somehow got sent to the wrong location so they requested to return the card to them. I waited a day or so to see if they would re send the card. nothing was being done so on the 15th I called to see what was up with my card. the person that I spoke with said they would resend my card waiving the expedited fee seeing as it wasn’t my fault. They charged me AGAIN for another card when I never even got the last one and didn’t even refund me for the 13.50 that I paid to have it in 2 DAYS. And now it’s the 17th and I still haven’t received anything about my card being shipped or even mailed for that matter
