Complaint: Bogus Co took my money

My complaint:

I called Direct Express on Oct 4 because I had checked the balance on my card and found that it was two hundred dollars short. When I finally got someone, after 1hr, they told me I had to speak to someone else, after I explained to them a bogus co. had taken my money in 2 separate charges one $94 and the other $97, they told me the charges were pending and they couldn’t stop them. I don’t understand this,because I had called the gave to me by the 1st lady I talked to and they were out of order. So they put me on hold again to talk to the supervisor who told me I had to dispute the charges, that I could have made them, except she found the charges had been made in Sept with no funds available. Now I have waited 10 days for my replacement card and haven’t seen it, and I know they aren’t going to replace my money because they never do and it could take up to 90 days and my rents due now. I am sick over this.

Suggested solution:

I think they should have put a hold on the funds and not have let them take them to start with. I definitely think they should reimburse me I am on disability.
