My complaint:

They didnt refund my money. Card was used in 3 places for total $152.14. I filed dec 10 sent paper in they sent me. Checked status often kept saying pending. Talk to a guy first week January said it had been on desk not given to investegster yet. He expedited it. It is now feb. 26 and denied cuzconflict of information. Wont tell me what that means. How do you mix up 3 places it was used.

Refund my $152.14 . Have it reinvestigated cuz there is no conflict. I know every transaction I made and every transaction the ydid.
