My complaint:
On 10302020 I called direct expect to report a $79.95 fraudulent transaction and I was told I had to wait till monday to the transaction was settled and to call back. Since monday I have been called, and I have been up on approx. 9 times by their representatives. Also, I have been on line listening music waiting for agents to answer and my minutes on my phone have ran out. I’m only given 350 minutes a month and I have been trying to get my money back.
Suggested solution:
I should be contacted by direct express to discuss this transaction, or refunded the $79.95, that I originally didn't agree to pay. I agreed to $1.05 identity verification charge through the USPS.
