My complaint:

My father passed away last October and me and my brother were appointed over his estate and I sent everything asked of me to direct express claims so the funds on his card can be released and I was told 4-6 weeks and it has been over 2 months and still nothing has been done. Everytime I call customer service they are extremely rude and tell me they can’t give me any information and give me the complete run around. I need to know what is going on and what is the hold up and what can be done about this situation and getting it resolved. Also the disrespect and amount of rudeness that has been done to me and my family throughout this process while we are still grieving our loss. Direct Express is a total rip-off ! It’s been three times my card has been hacked and the money eventually gets returned after 90 to 100 days this last time, they refused. You can’t screw around with them you have to hire an attorney !
