My complaint:
For the past month, I have been denied access to my money on my direct Express Card. Sometimes the card will work and there are other times, I cannot get access to my money. When I try to use the card it says decline when in fact there is plenty of money on my card. when I call direct Express no-one comes to the phone due to a high call volume. After being on hold for 3 hours, I hang up. This is terrible service. I pay my utilities by using my Direct Express Card and when the card is not working, I have to borrow the money to pay my utilities and pay the money back when the card does decide to work. Please fix this issue ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Fix the issue and get more customer service help so that people will not have to be on hold for so long.
