My complaint:
They refuse to file a dispute for money that is over charged on my direct ex ppl read card they put me on ridiculous long hold times and then hang up on me
Suggested solution:
Arrest these thieves who transfer me to look pay prevention instead of doing there job I'm am finacialy broken because of this crime
