My complaint:
On May 30 someone used my card number to make 101.47 purchase from a company called fashion nova. On Sunday morning when I noticed the charges. I contacted fashion nova fraud department they said order had been shipped and couldn’t be canceled. I contacted direct express they cancelled my card I had to pay 13 to get a new card. They filed a dispute sent paperwork for me to fill out. I filled it out sent it in on June 8. On June 15 I called to check status. Dispute was closed said die to conflicting information. I have them the only info I had was the transaction showing up on my account history. They are refusing to refund my money even though a police investigation is underway due to fraud.

They should refund my money
