My complaint:
Someone made a cash payment on my card for 69.87 I called direct express I put in a dispute on September 6th we r now in November it’s going on 3 months I call every day but I can’t get in touch with anyone so they sent me a letter saying there was no error I was denied and they closed my case without even talking to me that’s not right I’m disabiled I need this money back
Suggested solution:
By having direct express correct my dispute to hear my side I never received anything from vital meals I don’t know what that is
