My complaint:

my card was cancelled with regard too suspicious activity which of which i was not informed of until i waited 1.5 hours on hold before i was made aware of the situation then you people charged my account for a new card without my knowledge now my card is useless and my funds were taken hostage by direct express there is an system in place that was not used so i refuse too be extorted with your questionable business practices am demand my account too be credited the unauthorized transaction

Suggested solution:

stop the extortion tactics is the guise of security and return my money this is my money thats what you forgot
