My complaint:
Direct express on November 3rd 2022 took out $140.04 for tmobil account I don’t have an account with T-Mobile I have contacted direct express they do not return my call nor do they care there stealing from people on disability and left me completely broke I don’t have my bank statement because it’s direct express and of course there not sending it until the end of the month
Suggested solution:
Put the money back into my account or I will take them to court immediately
