My complaint:
This company is horrible. Absolutely horrible. I can not imagine how many seniors are affected by their poor customer service. It’s extremely sad. I am going to post a complaint to every single website I can find.
They charged my father a $4 fee for a replacement card on 320. It’s now 410 and a card never came. He’s late on his rent and we have spent more than a week trying to get a hold of a person to speak to. The customer service number says they’re experiencing large call volume and then hangs up on you. If you call any other number and actually get a human you’re always directed back to that number that hangs up. They swear that someone should answer but no one ever does!!!! What am I supposed to do? Let my father get kicked out of his apartment until direct express decides they want to start answering their phones again? I do not recommend anyone ever deal with them. They do not care about their customers. I have filed a complaint and will continue to until they fix this issue
