My complaint:

I was unable to connect with an agent to resolve a fraud issue
concerning unauthorized charges to my card . Tried to connect
with an agent to resolve, but kept on the phone for hours…and
it’s been two days of waiting to have someone answer my
complaint. Total frustrating experience!
