Direct Express complaint: Can’t retrieve my disability payments off the card!

My complaint:

I can’t get my money off the DirectExpress card and no one has answered the varould phone numbers; been trying for over 2 and a half weeks or more.

Suggested solution:

I need my money as of the 3rd of November, I need the funds put on my card immediately. I also need someone from DirectExpress to contact me back regading what is going on.
