My complaint:

I tried to get in touch with Direct Express for 15.5 hours on Thursday 11421 and so far 11.5 hours on Friday 11521 and not to mention Wednesday 11321 they have my account locked and i can’t get any money out of my account due to what Direct Express called fraud activity, money went on my card at midnight Wednesday 11321 and at 12:01am my card was locked down and there is no easy way to get in touch with Direct Express, after I get things cleared up i will locate me another bank to do business with. I would not send anyone to do business with Direct Express, they are a joke!!!
