Direct Express complaint: Access to help resolve a problem. Cannot get through to an actual person, on hold for hours then get hung up on.

My complaint:

My card was locked because I couldn’t remember my password. I have tried and tried to contact Direct Express and I’ve been on hold for over two hours then I got hung up on. This has been going on for over a month now.

Suggested solution:

Answer the dang phone and have them issue a new card and send it within 2 days.
