My complaint:
Is that the store to buy a gun safe I ask for help she said they’ll be right with you and all I saw was people walk around store nobody came for 20 minutes and I finally said the heck with yes we left and I said thanks a lot for nothing you just lost the $500 I’m 68 years old look for help somebody get me to help get that shape out it’s very big and nothing oh we were coming half hour later I don’t think so specialized nobody in the store

I don't I don't know how tell you to resolve it I sent me that they don't care they just walk around machine five people walk around doing nothing so evidently they don't care you know customer service is a big thing as far as I'm concerned I spent a lot of money in there I thought you send me back there it's not that store
