My complaint:
I Tried to buy a gun I went in the store to purchase a firearm and there was nobody in the area where the guns are so I found a gentleman that works there and asked him if he can help me he told me there was only one guy in the store that can help me that had a permit and he would go and get him he came back and told me the guy was busy in the bike area and he couldn’t help me so I continue to talk to the gentleman for over an hour and ask them again can you please go and get the guy that deals with this department he once again went to get him and came back and told me the guy still cannot help me so then after another 20 minutes a manager came over I asked him why I cannot get any help and he told me the guy was busy I also said to him why is this guy selling bicycles if he belongs in this department if he is the only one that can help me he just shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing he can do I feel like a waste of my time going to purchase a firearm to be told that the guys Is too busy to help me I am really pissed off that I wasted my time going there there is barely any guns on the shelf and I was afraid they would run out but it didn’t seem like they cared to help me I was very nice about it and didn’t make a big deal but I’m pissed I got home from work and it was already late I decided to get my clothes on and go there and purchase a Fire arm and basically was blown off like it was no big deal I will no longer shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods and will not recommend anybody to go there they don’t seem to care about their customers
Suggested solution:
All they had to deal with show me some fire arms and spend a little time with me that’s all I was asking but nobody wants to do their job anymore
