My complaint:
I ordered a Saranac 146 dlx and the condition of the hull was not ideal. When I was at the store, the store employees said there was only one in the back and one on the floor (store website said there was 3 available). Unfortunately the floor model was damaged and so was the one they gave me. I drove over 2 hours to pick up this canoe and was very disappointed by the damage on it. It is an awesome product but I am just sad to see the poor care the employees have with their products. Also if the product is damaged, they should have reduced the price.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement for damage or new order.
