My complaint:

My husband and I went in to purchase a bike for our 13 year old son. The gentleman in the bike department were very short and rude when we asked questions and told us we picked a bike to big and shouldn’t buy it. After deciding to purchase it, we asked about any coupon or military discount for my husband. The woman checking us out aggressively told us “there are NO coupons and if you find one online we won’t take it!” I found a coupon for %20 off in my email and she said it was blurry and they couldn’t scan it. I ended up buying the bike bc I had a child with me but I can tell you I have never felt this way. The employees were rude and didn’t want to help us.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have a discount honored. Also, employees need to treat their customers equally and not make them feel like they aren’t wanted in a store.
