My complaint:
Making workers wear jeans when it’s a SPORTING goods store. No one wears jeans during sports so why require them wear jeans. They have never made them wear jeans prior till I heard workers complaining their boss suddenly changed the dress code on them. Makes no sense, if they have been allowed to wear sweatpants and leggings for years prior just let them be no need to change it now.
Suggested solution:
Letting the workers wear their sweatpants like normal. Makes no sense, over half of them would probably have to buy proper “work jeans” which is a waste of money.
