My complaint:
I ordered several goods. Since march of 2022. The goods has been psid for using a debit card. It is taking very long.
Suggested solution:
Deliver the goods to my house. For dhl branches cost too much funds to go way out there for the goods. I cannot afford to go to dhl to pick up a few packages. Or refund me back my funds. You got me here too long a wait.
