My complaint:
You have two sellers that have and are still giving me issues about my orders:
1. magicdress2011 – I ordered a dress for my wedding (I took my own measurements as I am a seamstress). It was ordered on May 24, 2022 (order 33417379749) shelley.grundy@gmail.com and had it sent to my home in London ON. I received it May 18 and messaged the sell on May 19 to ask for a full refund and return information to send it back as it is not a good fit. No where does it say I cannot return this, however the seller tells me I should take it to a tailor?? I could have made my own wedding dress had I chosen, but didn’t as I thought these two would work and if I didn’t like them I could return them. Magicdress is now saying that this is not their problem and will not grant the returnrefund? Clearly it is either the seller or you that posts the refundreturn policy and it doesn’t say this isn’t allowed. ALL retailers accept returns and refund in full in Canada. What recourse do I have here? They’ve had my money since March, I have a dress for my wedding that I cannot wear and they won’t refund??
2. verycute – I ordered another dress the same day (order number 3417379750) and it says it was delivered to London England?? overnight from Toronto no less. That’s quick! However, my order is clearly marked London ON and now the seller is trying to track it down and won’t refund me? I have not received it and my wedding is approaching. If it doesn’t fit properly, it too will need returning and refund. The seller has been tracking this for over a month!?
I have been messaging both of these sellers on a daily basis, with NO satisfaction whatsoever.
What does DHGate do about these matters? Your site is the one who promotes these sellers and their items? Why can I not return for full refund? How long do I have to await delivery of the missing one before someone does something? My wedding is coming, I have no dress.

Suggested solution:
Full refunds and returns for both items ordered! I have no return addresses as sellers won't give to me, nor will the refund my money. I'm really not ready to send back the one dress received until I get the refund. I do not trust them.
