My complaint:
I’ve contacted Customer Service three times to get my refund that THE SELLER AGREED TO and Customer Service kept asking me to get a message from the seller stating We agree to give the refund amount of ___ for order number ____ which they did. I sent them the screen shot twice and they said it wasn’t showing up on their end so I needed to ask the seller again.
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund that the seller agreed to!
