My complaint:
I placed two orders of Poinsettia plant seeds from DHgate.com during the beginning of January 2022 and still have not received them as of yet. I have emailed the company asking for a full refund, but they did not respond. On the website it states that item has been received, but that is definitely false. It also says in transit and that item will be delivered on a certain date which is weeks later. However, when the date arrives for the item to be delivered, the date changes to another future date. It makes no sense that an item should be in transit for four months. This is bad business. I will never order from this company again.
Suggested solution:
I should receive a complete refund of the price that I paid for the items. I no longer want to wait months and months for the items, just give me my money back.
