DHgate.com complaint: Promised Refund Still Pending

My complaint:

Seller sent wrong item. DHGate (after substantial documentation was provided) promised full refund stating that vendor would provide the address to return the incorrect item.

Seller wrote saying they refused to provide an address.

I advised DHGate on third day (that the Seller was given to do so), the fourth day and so and have been writing for weeks.

DHGate is now claiming the return period has expired!

Suggested solution:

DHGate should honor their own stated policy and their own written messages to me that a full refund will be granted.

Claiming some random time has lapsed that could not be met (and that I can prove was not met with screenshots that i have provided from day after day and the Seller's own email), is fraudulent.

I have received a worthless item. They promised a full refund. I can not control a Seller who has been ordered to facilitate a refund and refused.

Refund should be issued. I still remain happy to respond the ridiculous substitute item I received if they agree to perform what they have already promised. All I needed was an address. I now have an adress, (obtained months later but a B.S. statement that I somehow am too late despite writing to the virtually daily making clear no address had been supplied.
