My complaint:
I purchased 2 rugby jerseys , one red and one white , both size ‘large’. I did not receive the red one and the white one arrived size ‘extra large’. I brought this to the attention of the seller who said they would refund the red one but would do nothing about the wrong sized white one. They said I could wear the oversized Jersey and when I pointed out that large is already loose on me and extra large was absolutely no good they refused to budge. I tried for 2 days to raise this issue with dhgate themselves but found it impossible to do so. I have purchased 10 to 20 jerseys from this site with no bother until now. Please help.
Suggested solution:
They should refund or replace the red Jersey which didnt arrive and they should replace the white Jersey with the correct size or refund it also.
