My complaint:
Bought a football shirt from a seller and it was so poor in quality and looked nothing like it was described. I sent it back tracked and got notification that it had been received. Seller said he’d only deal with me if I left a positive review so I did. He then refused to refund me and any message I sent he just laughs at me and sends emojis.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund or a replacement shirt from a seller that doesn't steal
