My complaint:
seller send me a wrong package. at first I already file a refund but seller/scammer declined and the next day given me a tracking number through my dhgate account when I receive the package it is totally different. scammer is notvredponding to me in chat. only Dhgate automated agent reply to me but unable to understand my problem
Suggested solution:
refund my payment dont let scammer take my payment
