My complaint:
I placed two orders with DH Gate for sports clothing. Order 3602257952 was for two (2) sports jerseys. One was created correctly with the ordered name and number. The other was incorrect in that it included the wrong surname. It said Dimont 70 when it should have said Bartlett 70.
The second order was 3602257951. I ordered an Ohio State baseball cap but the vendor delivered a University of Oklahoma cap ( and then attempted to gaslight me by saying I ordered the wrong cap.
I tried to correspond with them to rectify the situation and they ghosted me.
The situation was definitely mishandled.
Suggested solution:
They should replace the items that did not fill the order correctly.
