My complaint:
I was charged on June 2nd for an order that was placed but I never received a ation number or any order updates from the seller. I’ve tried several times to contact customer service and have not been able to reach anyone or resolve this issue. $150 is a lot of money and they need to refund my payment as soon as possible for my dress that was ordered. Today is July 9th and I have yet to receive any updates or anything.

Issue a refund as soon as possible
